Power of Attorney Signings

Power Of Attorney Signing may seem unique if you're never done one.  For an experienced Notary Public in Arizona they are quite common.  We do them often for will & Trust Signings, Hospital Signings, and Jail Singings.

When you are having a Power of Attorney Signed by a friend or family member you will need to make sure of the following before contacting Notary trust Inc.
 

1. The signer who granting Power of Attorney is aware of the document they will be signing and what it will do for them and their rights.

   The signer who is granting Power of Attorney is in sound mind and body and will be able to agree  immediately signs the document after the notary briefly explains the document.

3.  

   The signer who is granting Power of Attorney has a non- expired US issued Drivers License or non-expired US issued Passport. If the signer dose not have one of these two forms of ID the signer may need a Credible Witness. A credible person is a person who is not listed in the document and not blood related to the signer ( a dis-interested party). That person must have one of the two types of documents and also sign a Credible Witness Affidavit at the time of signing.

   .You will need to inspect your forms as well to ensure that you only need a notary. Many Power of Attorney forms require a witness in addition to the notary. If your form requires a witness and a  notary, you will need to make arrangements for the witness to be present. Please note witnesses must be not vested in the document and can not be blood related, just like the credible witness
